Champion Strength and Conditioning's summer camp will help keep your young athlete in great condition over the summer. Whether your child is a gymnast, runner, swimmer, football or basketball player or inactive this is the camp for him or her! Unlike most summer camps that are only for a few days, our summer camp will allow your child to be part of a regular program over the summer. Each session will be 90 minutes and we will focus on speed, agility, endurance and so much more! Boys and girls from all sports, activities and levels will have a great experience working with our coaches and other young athletes! Next year your child will go back to school being in better shape from when they left!

Tuesdays and Thursdays @ from 10am to 10:15am to 11:45am

Camp starts Tuesday June 7th through Thursday August 18th

Monthly (4 week) rate:

8 pack (2x per week)-$175 Best value!!!
4 pack (1 per week)-$125

*Open enrollment. Young athlete can start on any date!

*To ensure each athlete gets the most out of their training session he or she will be coached and grouped based on their skill level and experience.  Not on age or gender.

*Young athlete must be at least 8 years old.
